How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us immediately via help@letsresin.com and we check the status of the package. Then we can cancel your order and process your refund within a business day before the package is shipped.

Note: We cannot cancel the order once the package is in transit. In this case, please reject the package or do a return with our return label. We will refund you once we check that the package is in the return state.
